Oil Painting lesson with Gregory Smith - Day 7

Today I started a new painting.

A baby's head cast is a great challenge for me.
I spent a whole day trying to get its proportion right.
Greg told me later that it's not necessary to do this amount of details at this stage, but, as a practice, it was a good exercise.
I'm reasonably happy with this underpainting.
