After strolling through Farmers Market in the morning, we had lunch at Lake Sambell near town centre, and set up easels there.
It's a beautiful setting, and the reflection on the water is always challenging.
We spent about 2 hours.
I'm happy with the water, I think I managed to capture the light ok, but, again, the colours of green are not so convincing.
When there's so much going on in mountains, I easily get lost.
It was a great afternoon though, and the weather was perfect.
Oil on panel. 10 x 12 in.
