Just finished this fascinating story by Frank Wynne, narration by Richard Burnip.
I had never heard of Han van Meegeren before. Incredible that it's a true story. Even if it were a fiction, this would still be a great read.
His visceral hatred of Modernism, and highest respect for Old Masters somehow remind me of Max Meldrum.
I loved this audiobook. It really makes me think. What is art? What does it mean? Who defines art? etc.....
