Oil Painting lesson with Gregory Smith

Today is the last session of the term.

Greg told me to focus on the table and the background so that the cast will come forward. And using the body of paints, they become more solid. We do this in order to enhance the focal point. 

Then I tried to render tonal shapes of the cast more carefully. 

I'm enjoying this.
