Revolution in the head - The Beatles' records and sixties
Written by Ian Macdonald, this audiobook from Audible is a collection of incisive analysis of every recordings by one of the greatest bands ever. There are quite a few surprises of his options, some of which I don't share at all.
However, this book is a great reminder of the significance of their music and social impact in the sixties and beyond.
It's recorded by different narrators. Without a doubt, Robyn Hitchcock stands out.
