The Next Rembrandt

Unlike so many people who criticise this project, ("It doesn't look like his work", "It's soulless", "Computers will never be able to replace human creativity".....), I think this is a fascinating achievement. 

All those negative comments are really missing the point. Of course this is a clever marketing campaign by ING, Microsoft etc...

I don't mind that. I just feel awestricken by the fact that human beings have got this far technologically. 

Any thoughts?
